Must have 06 months to 1 year of Experience into handling eCommerce b2b portals (Alibaba, IndiaMart, trade India etc.) account management, developing strategies for sales/service effectiveness, identify sales initiatives for accelerated growth, customer service management, Maximize brand awareness through eCommerce website.
Your duties will include:
Execute best practice strategies and methodologies to maximize company’s e-commerce marketing programs.
Oversee customer retention, reactivation, website personalization, Identify, design, and analyze new brand-appropriate online marketing initiatives and partnerships.
Review, evaluate, and prioritize current and proposed marketing enhancements against business and customer needs.
Develop a strong understanding of the Home Interior Product industry and customer expectations.
Cold Calling, Efficient Data Management, Online Portals Management.
Basic Computer knowledge like MS Office and have good communication skills.
Note: CRM experience can also be considered for the profile.
